Today the teachers and staff at Westminster High School found some time during this busy school year to reconnect and de-stress! Feeling very grateful for the opportunity to teach yoga to the teachers I also teach school with! #livingthedream #whslio

Hello! My name is Taylor and I am a certified yoga instructor. I have decided to dedicate this page to all things yoga in hopes to make it more accessible to people of all abilities. I’m looking forward to sharing more flows and alignment tips!

The only thing I love more than doing yoga is teaching yoga! For anyone interested, I am planning on teaching more outdoor classes. Feel free to contact me if you would like to join 😊 PC: @megrowphoto
